By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MyStep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
These Terms apply together with the MyStep Privacy Policy. Some features may also be subject to Google Play, Android, device manufacturer, or third-party service terms.
2. Eligibility

MyStep is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where required by local law.
3. Limited license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MyStep on an Android device that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from MyStep except where applicable law expressly allows such activity.
4. Accounts and availability
The core MyStep experience is designed to work without a MyStep account. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
We do not guarantee that MyStep will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, Android version, sensor configuration, or power-saving setting.
5. Health and activity notice
MyStep provides general activity tracking and habit-support information only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Step counts, distance, calories, and active time are estimates. Do not rely on MyStep for medical decisions, emergency situations, or safety-critical activity tracking. Consult a qualified health professional before changing your activity routine if you have health concerns.

7. Third-party services
MyStep may depend on Android, Google Play, device sensors, operating system services, crash reporting, analytics, hosting, or support providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, or changes.
